I can say as the this school year comes to a close I have had an extremely successful first year. I have navigated through the ARD progress and writing good IEPs. I learned how to align ABLLS-R to TEKS and keeping 8 to 10 severely Autistic and non verbal students engaged it learning. I had a group of wonderful Instructional Aids (4) that helped me every step of the way.
So after having a great year I have decided to blog about my experiences in the classroom and to collaborate with other teachers.
Roller Coaster Ride
So I have had a roller coaster summer. Everything I planned to do got pushed aside by life. So I have had to re-group, summer is closing to an end and I must prepare for the upcoming school year. I am going to work on good center set up and my work boxes. In the upcoming weeks. I have been trying to follow a few blog hops and have gotten a few ideas which stimulated my creativity.
